1. Minim kapital
Pada waktu awal perintisan, Ronny mengaku kapital atau budget yang diperlukan untuk stok baju atau kaos itu cukup lebih mini apabila dibandingkan untuk memulai usaha lain. "Kalau dulu awal pertama kali saat merintis di tahun 2010, kapital mulai dari 200.000, meningkat sebagai 300.000 sampai 500.000. Dari 1 lusin, dua lusin, sampai puluhan lusin. Seiring berjalannya waktu, ketika perputaran stok sudah lancar, mulai ditingkatkan", ungkapnya.

Menurut Ronny, "harga jual" produk fashion cukup lebih simpel dinaikkan ataupun diturunkan. Hal ini dikarenakan model "baju yang sama persis" pun belum tentu ditemukan di toko lain. "Kalau berdasarkan aku produk fashion agak sulit untuk dibandingkan harga antara satu produk bareng produk lainnya, meskipun barangnya persis sama".

Jika Knda sering khawatir tidak adanya variasi/ model produk baru padahal pembeli Knda sudah bosan bareng produk yang itu-itu saja, hal ini tidak akan pernah terjadi di bidang fashion. "Baju ialah bagian dari global fashion, di mana fashion dari waktu ke waktu selalu timbul yang "baru". Artinya market pasar "customer" itu pun selalu timbul". Tidak hanya itu, global fashion selalu mengalami perputaran yang cepat sebagai akibatnya apabila Knda bisa mengikuti perubahannya, bisnis Knda pun akan mengalami perubahan yang lebih cepat.
