Akhirnya bingung, diem beberapa waktu sebelum akhirnya makan bakso. Lah kok bakso? Ya gimana lagi, terkadang hanya bakso lah satu-satunya jalan keluar buat perbedaan selera makan kami.

Itulah sedikit nostalgiaku tentang kuliner kalo lagi hang out sama temen-temen. Aku yg hayuk-hayuk aja asalkan terdapat sambelnya, temenku yg selalu pengen sajian ayam, ada juga yg pengen menu-sajian luar, dan temenku yg satunya lagi yg seleranya lokal banget. Sama halnya kalo mau makan bersama keluarga.

Lagi-lagi seleranya lokal banget. Ternyata kesukaan makanan keluargaku sama kayak selera temen-temenku. Ujung-ujungnya kalo bersama famili? Nasi padang lagi nasi padang lagi. Sedangkan aku selain selalu pengen makan yang pedes, orangnya bertanya-tanya banget pengen icip seluruh masakan dari manapun makanan itu asal.

Sering banget resah kalo milih soal makanan, menyatukan seleranya itu loh yang susah. Meskipun loka makan bertebaran dimana-mana tapi kalo yang pada mau makannya beda selera semua, ya galau deh.

Tapi kayaknya, kedepannya seluruh nostalgiaku itu nggak akan terulang lagi deh. Soalnya aku baru tau banget nih kalo Hokben punya sajian baru namanya Hoka Suka daaaaan terdapat sambalnya! Sambal spesial Indonesia. Eh apa tersebut? Hokben? Iyes bener banget! Hokben yg dulunya dikenal menggunakan Hoka-Hoka Bento.

Hokben adalah nama baru Hoka-Hoka Bento, restoran siap saji ala Jepang di Indonesia yg didirikan di Jakarta dalam 18 April 1985 di bawah PT. Eka Bogainti. Hokben telah mempunyai Sertifikat Halal No. 00160048830908 berdasarkan MUI dan Sertifikat Sistem Jaminan Halal buat masa 4 tahun. Jadi udah nggak usah diragukan lagi ya kehalalannya. Hingga sekarang Hokben sudah memiliki ratusan gerai pada Pulau Jawa & Bali. Waaaww..

Nah kali ini Hokben menghadirkan menu baru yang namanya Hoka Suka (Kaya Rasa Semua Suka) yang adalah paket gugusan apik antara cita rasa Jepang dan Indonesia. Nggak tanggung-tanggung Hokben menghadirkan 3 sajian sekaligus, diantaranya :

  • Hoka Suka 1 terdiri berdasarkan tiga tusuk Yakitori Grilled, nasi, kemarau kentang, acar kuning, & sambal indonesia

  • Hoka Suka dua terdiri dari 4 buah Ebi Furai, nasi, kering kentang, acar kuning, & sambal indonesia

  • Hoka Suka 3 terdiri berdasarkan 1 butir Chicken Katsu, nasi, kering kentang, acar kuning, & sambal indonesia

Ada yang tidak selaras berdasarkan menu kali ini, bila umumnya Hokben menghadirkan salad yg dipadukan dengan sajian ala Jepang lainnya, maka pada menu Hoka Suka ini Hokben menghadirkan kering kentang dan acar kuning yang cita rasanya tentu nggak asing pada pengecap orang Indonesia.

Selain itu, Hokben juga menghadirkan sambal yang bisa dinikmati bersama menu Hoka Suka ini. Iya, sambal lho bukan saus. Terdiri dari 3 varian khas Indonesia  yaitu Sambal Matah yang merupakan sambal khas Bali, Sambal Bawang yang merupakan sambal khas Jawa, dan Sambal Hijau yang merupakan sambal khas Padang. Aku kira Sambal Hijau bakalan jadi varian sambal terpedas diantara ketiga sambal ini, tapi ternyata varian sambal paling pedas adalah Sambal Bawang. Hmm.. cocok nih buat para pecinta pedas. Justru Sambal Hijaulah yang nggak terlalu pedas menurutku. Jadi, sambal Hijau cocok buat yang nggak suka terlalu pedas. Sedangkan Sambal Matah hadir dengan aroma jeruk dan pedasnya yang nggak kalah nendang. Kita bisa pilih salah satu sambal yang ingin kita nikmati bersama dengan menu Hoka Suka. Tapi kalo pesennya menu selain Hoka Suka sekaligus pengen icip sambalnya juga gimana? Bisa nggak? Tenang, kita bisa beli sambalnya secara terpisah dengan harga Rp 5.000/porsi. Sedangkan untuk kisaran harga paket Hoka Suka ini yakni mulai Rp 49.000 sampai dengan Rp 58.000 (sudah termasuk pajak). Selasa, 13 Maret 2018 kemarin alhamdulillah saya berkesempatan hadir di acaranya Hokben Blogger Gathering. Acara ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Hokben dan Blogger Bandung buat kedua kalinya. Acara ini diadakan di Hokben Paskal Jl. Pasir Kaliki No.160 Bandung. Lokasinya sangat strategis dan sanggup diakses dari mana saja menggunakan sangat mudah. Ini pertama kalinya saya ke Hokben Paskal, umumnya yang deket-deket tempat tinggal aja.

Awalnya yang terpikir olehku niscaya tempatnya ala-ala restoran siap saji pada umumnya. Tapi begitu saya tiba di lokasi, dibuat takjub menggunakan suasananya yg beda banget. Dimulai berdasarkan parkiran yg relatif luas, kemudian masuk ke pada terpampang dua ikon Hokben yang diikuti goresan pena berukuran besar dibawahnya, menggunakan latar seakan potongan kayu yang tumpuk bikin mata nggak akan bosen memandang. Di area belakang masih ada area lesehan dengan dihiasi hijaunya dedaunan (yang sayangnya lupa nggak aku foto, hiks). Nuansa indoor & outdoor bisa menyatu dengan sangat baik disini. Buat para pengguna instagram zaman now, area Hokben Paskal ini sanggup banget dijadiin spot foto yg instagramable.

Acara diawali menggunakan sapaan teteh MC yg kece, lalu penerangan profil Hokben secara mendetail oleh Ibu Kartina Mangisi selaku Communication Division Head Hokben. Belakangan aku baru tau kalo ikon Hokben yakni dua anak kecil wanita dan laki-laki ini punya nama. Ikon anak laki-laki bernama Taro sedangkan ikon anak perempuan bernama Hanako. Kalo kita perhatikan sekeliling Hokben, di pintu, dinding, bahkan sampe ke alat makan Hokben masih ada ornamen spesial Hokben. Ternyata ornamen-ornamen tadi memiliki arti.

Acara tak berhenti sampai disitu, selingan games menggunakan topi spesial daerah yang ada pada Indonesia membuahkan acara ini bertambah seru. Kali ini gamesnya menggunakan topi spesial Bali yaitu Udeng. Terakhir, hadir Bapak Ali Muakhir selaku pengurus Blogger Bandung yang memberikan tutorial pembuatan video durasi 1 mnt. Oh ya, Bapak Ali Muakhir merupakan galat satu finalis yg terpilih buat pembuatan film dokumenter bersama Nia Dinata. Waww..

Pelajari Rahasia Puasa Sehat Anti Kalap ala Soyjoy

Girls, gimana puasanya? Lancar kaaan.. Praktis-mudahan lancar ya.. Gimana jua sama berat badan dan pola makannya? Mudah-mudahan masih stabil & nggak kalap segala dilahap ketika sahur & berbuka. Hehe..

Ngomong-ngomong tentang berat badan dan pola makan, aku jadi inget program yg saya ikuti seminggu yang kemudian. Tepatnya Minggu, 13 Mei 2018 saya ikutan acara yg diadakan sang Hijaber United Bandung & Soyjoy. Hijaber United Bandung adalah suatu komunitas muslimah pada Bandung yg serius mengadakan event-event bermanfaat di Bandung. Sementara Soyjoy, siapa yg nggak memahami Soyjoy? Sebuah merk snack sehat yg terbuat menurut kedelai utuh & butir-buahan yg dikeringkan.

Acara yg bertema mengenai ?Puasa Sehat Jangan Kalap? Ini diadakan pada Mamayu Kitchen yg beralamat di Jalan R.E Martadinata No.128 Cihapit Bandung. Saat aku sampai di lokasi, sudah terdapat sahabat-sahabat yg sudah hadir terlebih dahulu. Ada juga teman-teman yag baru aku kenal.

Setelah melakukan registrasi, saya ngobrol dulu sama teman-teman yg lainnya. Potret sana sini sampe akhirnya tibalah waktunya program dimulai. Acara dibuka oleh MC kece nan kocak Nida yg jua bagian menurut Hijaber United Bandung. Kemudian pemaparan materi tentang kesehatan menurut Tim Soyjoy. Tapi sebelum pemaparan materi dimulai, para peserta diajak mengikuti games terlebih dahulu supaya lebih bersemangat. Hihihi menarik sekali ya.

Bicara tentang kesehatan niscaya akan bicara jua mengenai penyakit. Misalnya penyakit zaman kini lawan penyakit zaman dahulu. Ditambah menggunakan cara memasak kuliner yang nir tepat & jarangnya berolahraga tentu akan sebagai faktor pendukung timbulnya penyakit pada kalangan muda saat ini.

Nggak mau dong masih muda udah kena penyakit ini itu gara-gara pola hidup kita yg nggak sehat? Maka menurut itu mulai kini kita wajib mulai mengganti pola hidup kita menjadi lebih sehat lagi. Diawali dengan pola makan kita, kita bisa menerapkan Diet 3J.

Perhatikan jumlah kalori yg kita butuhkan lantaran kebutuhan kalori setiap orang itu berbeda-beda. Kemudian perhatikan juga jenis makanannya, usahakan selalu makan makanan yg sehat dengan komposisi yang sempurna. Jangan lupakan jua jurus masak, kalo misalnya jumlah kalori & jenis kuliner yang kita pilih udah tepat akan tetapi jurus masaknya nggak sempurna, itu sama aja bohong dong. Sesuaikan jurus masak menggunakan bahan makanan itu sendiri agar gizi yang terkandung didalam kuliner tersebut nggak hilang. Dibanding memasak kuliner dengan cara menggoreng atau membakar, kayaknya mengungkep & mengukus makanan akan lebih sehat.

Tapi dengan catatan lakukan puasa dengan baik & sahih ya. Nah lho, emangnya gimana sih melakukan puasa yg baik & benar itu? Yang nggak bermalas-malasan ketika menjalankan puasa, dan jua nggak kalap waktu menyantap makanan ketika sahur dan berbuka. Jadi usahakan permanen semangat beraktivitas seperti umumnya ya walaupun sedang berpuasa dan pula perhatikan asupan makanan kita, jangan sampai kita kalap makan segala jenis makanan. Tapi kan.. Akan tetapi kan.. Kalo lagi puasa tuh senang kerasa lapar, haus, badan lemes, pusing juga.. Tenang, itu wajar dialami saat awal kita berpuasa karena tubuh belum terbiasa mengosongkan perut dalam ketika 13 jam. Nanti jua kalo udah terbiasa, kemungkinan mengalami hal-hal tersebut akan sangat mini .

Tapi gimana kalo kita menemukan berita bahwa selesainya berpuasa berat badan kita bukannya turun malah naik? Hmm.. Ternyata mampu juga lho hal demikian terjadi. Menurut dr.
